Returns

• You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

• Custom-made or personalised items are not eligible for return.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective.

• Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include clear photos of the issue.

Shipping Your Return

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
